Students’ engagement in their learning process pushes the educational institutions and leaders to involve technology into their students' learning A quantitative research approach was adopted, collecting data from Egyptian students through an online questionnaire, resulting in 449 fully completed and valid responses. The data was measured and tested using SPSS 25 and PLS-SEM. The results demonstrated a good model fit and revealed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and self-efficacy significantly influence students’ behavioral intention to use AI. In contrast, trust and price value were found to have no significant effect. The article suggests that students are more likely to accept AI technology in education when they perceive rewards and achievements from its use, also they find the technology easy to use, they are influenced by family members, and they like to have access to the necessary technical infrastructure.
